Shipping and Returns

RETURN POLICY

You may return an item within 30 days from date of receipt for a store credit or exhange only, less shipping/ handling costs.

This policy reflects the nature of a small company that takes pride in responsible sourcng and domestic manufacturing. We appreciate your understanding and support.

All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging.

To begin the return or exchange process, please email returns@loupcharmant.com for a Return Authorization Form.

If you have any questions about sizing or otherwise prior to purchase, please reach us at shop@loupcharmant.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are currently offering free domestic standard shipping for orders of $250 or more.

Standard shipping usually takes 4-7 business days to most major cities, worldwide.

Express Domestic and International Express shipping is priced per request, per order.

We use USPS, UPS and DHL (for International orders). All customers will receive tracking information after ordering.

Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
